She effortlessly removes all guesswork from eating well. I guess that’s something to do with her master’s degree in nutritional science!

In an effort to make it an all encompassing guide, not only are there easy and delicious recipes to follow, but she provides specific tips on brands to buy in an easy to follow manner, and makes you feel like you aren’t actually dieting!

I spent 10 days following the book and not once did I feel like I was depriving myself, plus I felt GREAT. Always a good sign! It sits proudly on my bookshelf, and I often refer to it for great tips and advice.
